- A photograph of Captain Guy Wallace '04 in military dress. Guy attended St. Andrew's from 1901 to 1904, and later worked as a physician in New York City. He entered into military service in 1915 to serve in the Canadian Army Medical Corps. He had battled bronchitis for many years of his life, and began suffering from regular flare-ups while overseas. He was later discharged from duty due to his illness, but never recovered his health and died of pneumonia in 1918.
