- Wooden case with metal clasps built to hold and transport one set of Highland Bag Pipes.

- The Henderson Bag Pipe Case was donated to St. Andrew’s College by Mr. & Mrs. Robert Henderson in memory of their son James Irwin Henderson, SAC 1921-1926. James was a Sergeant Wireless Operator – Air Gunner, RCAF who was killed in action over Malta in November 1941 (WWII). It has been used by generations of pipers including J.K. Warren 1956-57, K.F. Holmes 1964, A. Addison 1971-72, P.R. Miklas 1975, 1976 and 1977, B.D. Hancock 1986, all of whom have inscribed their names. We are very pleased to have this reminder of the past in our Archival Collection.
