- Public Description
- A yarn cardigan and tie belonging to Old Boy James R. Good while he attended SAC between 1937 to 1941. During his time at SAC, he was a prefect, part of the drum corps, cricketer, and a "general bon vivant", according to his son (and also Old Boy) J.D Good. After graduation, he was sponsored by the Royal Canadian Navy to go to The Radio College of Canada to learn technician skills, then moved to active duty with the RCN Volunteer Reserve. Stationed in Halifax, J.R Good was among a small team to install then top-secret generations of RADAR on Allied convoy escorts during WWII.
