- A photograph of Corporal Robert McFarlane '16 in military dress. Robert attended St. Andrew's from 1915 to 1916, and joined the war effort immediately after graduation. During World War I, he was a member of the 142nd Battalion, and mainly stationed in different outposts in England like Shorncliffe, Witley Camp, and London. He sruvived through the first World War, and later in life he also applied to the Royal Canadian Air Force for World War II.
