- The renovations in McLaughlin Hall wrapped up a year prior, unveiling the new Makerspace for SAC. During the day, the Makerspace is used for class collaborations as teachers bring students in for specific projects. Middle School lessons range from 3D printing to lazer-cutting various items. The Makerspace is also home to the two SAC robotics teams, as the space is equipped to host competitions such as the VEX Robotics and Robocup. At night, the space is free for Open Make sessions, inviting students to come and work on their own personal projects.
