- Public Description
- A small poetry booklet titled "Power" by A.R.K. Macdonald, gifted first to John "Archie" Bennet which was then passed to his son and SAC school bursar Jack Bennet. Jack Bennet worked as the bursar for St. Andrew's College for 28 years from 1952 until his retirement in 1980. He was a key figure in the running of the school, dealing with everything from the budget to construction of buildings to staff issues. He met his first wife, Ina Rennie, at SAC when she worked as the headmaster's secretary. Together they made a formidable team, and both were well-loved by both the students and their fellow co-workers.
